Shipping policy

We ship anywhere in Lebanon using local shipping carriers. Delivery time and fees may vary depending on your address.

Delivery Time

Delivery takes 1 to 5 business days depending on your address.

Orders placed during high seasons or sale periods might be subject to delays.

Our delivery times are Mondays through Fridays from 9am till 6pm, and Saturdays from 9am till 2pm.

We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.

The delivery fee varies depending on your address:

Greater Beirut: $3

Outside Beirut: $5

Free Delivery: Not possible at the moment.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) in USD and LBP currencies. We use a flat 90,000 USD/LBP exchange rate for LBP payments.

We also accept online money transfers through Whish and OMT to 70 961 796.
