Digital Marketing Specialist

Summary

We’re looking for a freelance Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and run comprehensive social and search marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Help create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content
  • Help drive brand awareness, attract new customers, and retain existing ones
  • Help plan and execute digital marketing activities, including social media campaigns, email marketing, online advertising and SEO/SEM
  • Identify target audiences through market research and analytics
  • Identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize as needed
  • Ensure optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts and support business objectives


Qualifications and Skills

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years experience in a digital marketing role
  • Proven success in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional certification in Marketing or Digital Marketing

Skills and Experience:

  • Fluency in English, written and oral
  • Social media savvy and up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, and best practices
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, such as SEO, SEM, social media management, and marketing automation
  • Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
