    Oral use. From the age of 12.

    Take 3 capsules in a single dose, with a meal and a large glass of water, 10 days a month, during the second half of the female cycle.

    Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

    Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

    A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
