    *Equivalent to 1500mg of fenugreek seed per 2 capsules.

    Usage

    Oral use. From the age of 6.

    Take 2 capsules per day, in a single dose in the morning, with a meal and a large glass of water.

    Do not use during pregnancy.

    Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

    Keep out of reach of young children.
