Food supplement. Only for adults.

Take 1 vial per day, preferably in the morning or at lunchtime with a meal.

Shake ampoule before opening. Given the natural nature of the product, a slight deposit may appear, but this in no way detracts from its quality.

Tap each end of the bulb with your index finger to weaken it. Using a paper towel, break the 1st end out of the glass to prevent any debris from falling out.

Turn the ampoule upside down and place the 1st end on top of the glass. Break the 2nd end off the glass with a paper towel. Let the liquid drain out. Add the equivalent of half a glass of water or fruit juice (125mL).

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

It may be taken several times a year.

Contains caffeine (around 5mg per vial).

Not recommended for children, pregnant or breast-feeding women.

Avoid taking at the end of the day.

If you are taking anticoagulant or diabetic medication, ask your doctor for advice.

The concomitant use of other stimulants is not recommended.

A dietary supplement should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
