    Dietary supplement. Only for women aged over 45.

    Take 2 capsules a day, 1 morning and evening with meals, with a glass of water (250 ml). If you feel the need, you can increase the dose to 4 capsules a day (2 capsules morning and evening).

    Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.

    Not recommended for women with a personal or family history of breast cancer.

    Dietary supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

    Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
