    Cedarmount Aromatics Wintergreen Arnica Muscle Relief Massage Oil is a muscle preparation and recovery massage oil with wintergreen and black pepper essential oils. A powerful blend of heating, muscle-relaxing, and anti-inflammatory essential oils for athletes with muscle and joint aches and pains.

    The blend is formulated in a base of arnica oil to boost its anti-inflammatory action and help contain swelling and pain.

    It is designed to support muscle preparation before exercise as well as muscle recovery post training. Also suitable for treatment of muscle and joint injuries to reduce inflammation and pain, muscle stiffness, and muscle spasms and cramps.

    Jojoba Oil (Simmondsia Chinensis), Arnica Oil (Arnica Montanamacerate), Virgin Olive Oil (Olea Europea), Wintergreen Essential Oil (Gaultheria Procumbens), Cajeput Essential Oil (Melaleuca Leucadendron Cajeputi), Lavandin Essential Oil (Lavandula x Intermedia), Black Pepper Essential Oil (Piper Nigrum), Ginger Essential Oil (Zingiber Officinale)

    Usage

    Sports: Massage muscles before training to warm up and avoid injuries. Massage after exercise to relax muscles, soothe joints and improve recovery.

    Muscle & Joint Relief: Massage injured muscles or joints 3 times a day to heal contractions, joint injuries, arthritis, rheumatisms, sciatica, tennis elbow, and plantar fasciitis.

    Precautions: May cause skin irritation. Try diluting in equal quantity of a neutral vegetal oil. Do not use on wounded or broken skin. Not suitable when bleeding disorders are present or in patients taking anticoagulants. Do not use if pregnant or lactating.
