Usage

Scoop 2g of matcha over 60ml water and whisk until frothy.

To whisk, you can use a bamboo whisk, blender, or our hand-held milk frother.

Then, pour your matcha shot over milk for a matcha latte, or over more water for a tea!

Storage

Matcha powder is very sensitive to oxidation and temperature so we recommend storing it in an airtight container away from direct light exposure (you can keep it in its current packaging). The best place for matcha is in the fridge, treat it a bit like you would a fresh vegetable.
