    Usage

    Apply 2-3 drops on your pillows or sheets before going to sleep. Add to your bath water or the back of the neck to alleviate the stress. Dilute with a carrier oil of your choice to apply on your skin. Add a few drops to your diffuser for freshening the air.

    Caution: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse eyes thoroughly with water. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, seek medical help immediately. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor’s care, consult a physician.
