    Usage

    Use only as directed. Mix 5 grams (1 tablespoon) in 8oz. of water or other preferred beverage. Drink immediately.

    Do not use if seal is broken or missing. Keep out of reach of children. Keep your licensed health care practitioner informed when using this product. Contraindicated in bowel obstruction. This product is not recommended for children under 12 years of age. This product should not be taken within 1 hour before or after taking medicines or other dietary supplements. Notice: This product should be taken with at least a full glass of liquid. Taking this product without enough liquid may case choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing.
