Usage

For children six years and younger: use a pea-sized amount for supervised brushing to minimize swallowing.

Dentists recommend the 2/2 rule: brush for 2 minutes in the morning and 2 minutes at night with a soft-bristled toothbrush and fluoride toothpaste.

Use the toothpaste within 12 months from opening the sealing.
