Pomegranate Molasses

Adonis Valley Pomegranate Molasses is made from locally ripened red juicy pomegranates harvested on the last summer days from organic gardens along the Mediterranean coast. Pomegranates are pressed and the juice is traditionally reduced to form this deep ruby-colored molasses.

Pomegranate molasses contains antioxidants and B-Vitamins that help boost the immune system and lower cholesterol.
